  • 4-5 nos chopped aloo


  • 2-3 nos chopped parwal


  • 2-3 tsp onion pest


  • 3,4 tsp tomato puree


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric pwd


  • 1 tsp dhaniya pwd


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp chilli pwd


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic pest


  • 8-10 nos coriander leaves


  • 2 tbsp oil
